How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are shipped on the Monday following your order date. Once shipped, shipping times will vary from 3-12 days within Canada, and 7-20 days internationally depending on the efficiency of your post office. If you have placed an order that has not arrived within 30 days of placing your order, please feel free to contact me and I will do my best to resolve the issue
Do you accept returns?
I do not accept returns, however, please contact me for any refunds should the order arrive damaged or become lost in the mail.

Why is shipping so expensive?
The cost of shipping for small businesses has increased throughout the years, and I use the most affordable rates available to me through Canada Post while taking into consideration of the cost of packaging.
Will I have to pay tariffs or duties?
All orders may be subject to customs and are the responsibility of the buyer.
